If you're from outside our county, you may not be aware of the Lincolnshire dialect. Here in Willingham we have a wonderful lady who entertains at functions in the village and has spent many hours reciting poetry and prose in her native tongue. Please take a moment to listen to Minnie Craddock telling the story of "Owd George and the pig". Contact this website if you would like further information. |

Have you got something lying around the house that you have been meaning to get rid of. It probably works OK, but you don't want it and you've never got around to throwing it out. Well there might be someone in the parish that could make use of it, take it off your hands and give it a good home. They'll probably even collect it from you. That's more space for you and a freebie for someone else. Everyone wins. There's also an area for goods for sale with a small percentage being given to a village organisation and another page where you can try and source items from the village that you've been unable to find elsewhere. For free inclusion on any of these pages, please contact this site. |

Willingham by Stow has been officially twinned with Moyenneville in France since 2000. This year it was the turn of the French to come and visit us and they spent a weekend here from July 6th enjoying the hospitality of the village and enjoying friendships that have spanned several years. |
