On Saturday January 23rd 2010 we held a fund rising event in the Village Hall. Based on a format that had been very successful several years ago, contestants played "Mr and Mrs", "Play your cards right", "Bullseye" " Name that tune" and several other games that were rewarded with prizes ranging from Champagne to a very useful piece of orange string. The night was a complete sell out. Sorry if you were one of the many people who were too late to grab a ticket.
